WOODY
WOODY is the timber connector for floors, prefabricated walls and roofs. It can be installed on any timber surface, even OSB, gypsum fibre or multilayer timber panels.
Designed for fast and precise installation of walls, floors or roofs with lightweight TIMBER FRAME structures, but also for CLT or LVL panels. WOODY facilitates the connection of walls, floors, roofs and non-structural elements such as timber stairs.
It is perfectly suited for use in prefabrication contexts.
STANDARD, PRECISE, "UNIVERSAL" TIMBER CONNECTOR
Thanks to the 28 mm deep dovetail, WOODY allows a tolerance unachievable with metal plate systems.
A timber connector for floors, prefabricated walls and roofs, WOODY has a standard geometry that is easily replicated. The pre-holes in the timber connector allow for precise installation without having to take measurements. The geometry of WOODY connectors in all sizes is symmetrical and avoids installation errors.
It speeds up the installation of CLT walls, floors, roofs or stairs. In the 165 version, the WOODY timber connector can be installed in a horizontal position to fit small thickness values.
WOODY TIMBER CONNECTOR INSTALLATION
The WOODY timber connectors can be installed on any timber surface. In the case of installation on the side surface of the framed wall, the WOODY connector can be installed directly above the OSB, gypsum fibre or multi-layer timber panel.
