ROOF FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Conventional fall protection systems can be aesthetically unattractive or excessively restrict safe movement within the work area. The H-RAIL rail system is a safe and adaptable solution with minimal visual impact. Thanks to its design, it requires only a few fastening points and allows for the creation of rigid anchor lines in different configurations. H-RAIL is the ideal roof fall protection system for working at height, in restraint.
The combination of H-RAIL with TOWER, TOWER A2 and TOWER XL supports raises the rail to overcome obstacles in the roof. The rail is simply mounted on the brackets using the dedicated plate.
The H-RAIL + TOWER roof fall arresters
The H-RAIL system has been carefully designed to be used in conjunction with a sliding unit, equipped with four wheels, making it the ideal choice as a rigid rail-mounted fall protection lifeline.
The versatility of the H-RAIL fall protection system allows it to be mounted on various types of structures, including timber, concrete and steel, adapting impeccably to any installation requirement. H-RAIL + TOWER is typically installed on roofs, thus in its H-RAIL ON FLOOR version. TOWER supports allow the rail to be raised. Other versions allow other types of installation, such as H-RAIL OVERHEAD, which is positioned below the supporting structure, H-RAIL ON WALL, to be installed directly on the wall.
With the possibility of up to 6 metres between supports, the assembly process requires only a few fastening points, greatly simplifying the installation of H-RAIL.

Securing the most suitable support is of paramount importance. In addition to the advantage of being able to be installed above any roof obstacles, a rigid system such as the H-RAIL + TOWER rail system avoids the formation of falling cambers and the need to take this into account when calculating the vertical clearance, unlike a flexible fall protection lifeline.
