RADIAL

At the forefront of connectors for timber beams and panels stands RADIAL, ideal for prefabrication and ensuring disassembly.

The two semicircular plates can be installed in the factory, reducing assembly on site to the simple fastening of a few bolts. Disassembly, if required, is also quick and easy.

CHARACTERISTICS

The RADIAL patented solution radically transforms the assembly process on site by pre-installing the connectors in the factory. This approach significantly reduces installation time on site, limiting it to the installation of a few simple steel bolts. RADIAL not only guarantees maximum installation reliability, but also offers the possibility of quick and easy disassembly, facilitating maintenance and reconfiguration of spaces.

The use of RADIALKIT components allows for tensile connections with a high installation tolerance. These connections are completely concealed within the wall thickness, preserving aesthetics and structural integrity and benefiting fire safety.

With the RADIAL system, it is possible to create robust and reliable connections that can be applied to walls, beams and columns. This makes it perfect for use in hybrid timber-to-steel structures, including more complex applications such as gerber saddles and hinge joints.

Unlike other connectors for timber beams and panels, RADIAL is optimal for the construction of prefabricated modular buildings. Its ability to integrate without visual impact allows for clean lines and modern design, essential in contemporary modular architecture.

RADIAL connectors are manufactured from S355 carbon steel with Fe/Zn12c surface treatment, chosen for its exceptional strength and durability properties.

FIELDS OF USE

RADIAL adapts perfectly to different structural configurations, it is ideal for:

  • Connections between CLT or LVL panels ensuring resistance in all directions.
  • Hinge connections for glulam beams.
  • Highly prefabricated and easily demountable construction systems.

RADIAL is designed to be applied on:

  • CLT or LVL walls and floors.
  • Solid timber, glulam or LVL beams or columns.
