VAPOUR CONTROL MEMBRANE WITH REINFORCING GRID
VAPOR NET 180
VAPOR NET 180 vapour control membrane is featured by an excellent cost-performance ratio that ensures high performance and protection from atmospheric agents. It is also suitable for installation on uneven and rough supports, which could damage lighter vapour control layers.
VAPOR NET 180, the highly resistant vapour barrier.
Mechanical strength and protection during construction are ensured by the reinforcing grid. The TT version with integrated double tape guarantees fast installation and professional sealing. Thanks to its composition, VAPOR NET 180 vapour control membrane resists mechanical stress caused by staples, nails and walking.

Indicazioni di posa per: PARETE
VAPOR NET 180 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 226 or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .
Indicazioni di posa per: TETTO
VAPOR NET 180 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 226.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
