BREATHABLE MONOLITHIC MEMBRANE RESISTANT TO UV RAYS
TRASPIR EVO UV 115
The TRASPIR EVO UN 115 highly breathable monolithic membrane ensures high watertightness and excellent weather resistance thanks to the special mix. Its flame retardant feature is certified in Euroclass reaction to fire B-s1, d0 according to the standard EN 13501-1. In terms of cost-performance ratio it is an exceptional membrane.
TRASPIR EVO UV 115, the highly breathable monolithic UV-resistant membrane.
The TRASPIR EVO UV 115 monolithic membrane ensures permanent resistance to UV rays with exposure with open joints up to 30 mm wide, and with up to 20% of the surface uncovered.
Thanks to the special chemical composition that is flame retardant, TRASPIR EVO UV 115 is suitable for use on applications on facades in direct contact with the ventilation chamber, or in cases in which is visible in internal environments.
It features an innovative technology that allows it to be used even on metal façades with high temperature fluctuations, without compromising its performance. TRASPIR EVO UV 115 membrane is provided with a LCA - Life Cycle Assessment - declaration.

Indicazioni di posa per: PARETE
TRASPIR EVO UV 115 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, FLEXI BAND, FLEXI BAND UV, SOLID BAND, PLASTER BAND, SMART BAND, FACADE BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV 210, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, OUTSIDE GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE STRIPE or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .
Indicazioni di posa per: TETTO
TRASPIR EVO UV 115 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, FLEXI BAND, FLEXI BAND UV, SOLID BAND, PLASTER BAND, SMART BAND, FACADE BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV 210, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, OUTSIDE GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE STRIPE.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
