TRASPIR EVO 300
TRASPIR EVO 300 is the highly breathable monolithic membrane that guarantees high waterproofing and an excellent reaction to fire. It consists of a monolithic film in acrylic compound coated on a polyester reinforcement, and it is designed for application on the external and internal side of the roof.

The breathable membrane with monolithic structure TRASPIR EVO 300 ensures a B-s1, d0 reaction to fire class, which indicates the ability of the product not to participate in the propagation of flames during a fire.
With partial exposure at open joints up to 50 mm wide and within 40% of the total surface area, UV stability is permanently guaranteed; however, the special composition of TRASPIR EVO 300 ensures excellent UV resistance even during construction. The functional polyacrylate film offers thermal resistance up to +120°C, making it ideal for application even under photovoltaic and solar thermal panels.

TRASPIR EVO 300 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of FRONT BAND UV 210, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, FLEXI BAND, FLEXI BAND UV, SOLID BAND, PLASTER BAND, SMART BAND, FACADE BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, OUTSIDE GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE STRIPE or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .

TRASPIR EVO 300 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of FRONT BAND UV 210, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, FLEXI BAND, FLEXI BAND UV, SOLID BAND, PLASTER BAND, SMART BAND, FACADE BAND UV, FRONT BAND UV, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, OUTSIDE GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE STRIPE.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
