The goal of the day is to understand the requirements for air tightness and waterproofing in construction, from the ground up. This includes the application of membranes, tapes, the importance of sealing service penetrations, and window installations.
CONTENTS
Rothoschool on Tour combines technical theory and live demonstrations for a deep knowledge of modern timber construction. The day will consist of a morning session focused on theoretical knowledge, followed by an afternoon hands-on practical session, getting used to installing tapes/membranes, sealing service penetrations, and best practices for sealing windows. Topics include:
